What I Ate on Day 41 of Dr Fuhrman Eat to Live diet plan 6 week Nutritarian planJoin me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)!  My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman  until I reach that magic number!  I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog!  If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!  NOTE: WE ARE HAVING AN ISSUE WITH OUR COMMENTS SECTION, PLEASE PARDON OUR DUST!  Please contact me on my Eat to Live Pinterest board or on my Instagram account until this comments issue is resolved–I am happy to help in any way!

Breakfast: I loved my “tropical fruit bowl” from Day 40 so much–I did a repeat!  Fresh pineapple, unsweetened shredded coconut and raw, ground flaxseed

Lunch: (See giant salad above) Mixed baby greens, 1 Dr. Prager’s California burger (find them at Trader Joe’s) heated and sliced, radish, red onion, red peppers, grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, 1/4th Hass avocado and a sprinkling of raw pine nuts–dressed with Balsamic vinegar.

What I ate on day 41 of the Dr Fuhrman Nutritarian plan Eat to Live The End of DietingDinner: Mixed greens salad (remember the salad is the MAIN course so make is HUGE!!) with grape tomatoes, diced celery, sliced red onion, strawberries, mandarin oranges and raw pine nuts, dressed with balsamic vinegar!  1 can Trader Joe’s Lentil soup “doctored up” with veggie-broth-sauteed mushrooms and baby kale.

Dessert: Sliced apple with 2 tbsp raw, unsalted almond butter
