Hi, I’m Kristen and I’m on a mission to demystify the nutritarian lifestyle and make it doable for everyone!

It’s time for the nutritarian diet to go mainstream!

I started my eat to live journey looking to lose weight after my second pregnancy.  My parents had discovered Dr. Fuhrman on one of his PBS specials back in 2011 and they both achieved amazing results from adopting the high-nutrient lifestyle.

I decided to take the plunge when my youngest was 6 months old.  I was completely unprepared, I struggled a lot, but I didn’t give up!  I lost 21 pounds those first 6 weeks (without working out) and I gained a new approach to my dysfunctional relationship with food.

After those 42 days at 100% I experienced what I like to call “the nutritarian feels.”  A mental state of clarity, focus, optimism and peace around food that I had never felt before in my adult life.  After years of struggling with binge eating and self-diagnosed food addiction the Eat to Live approach began my path to recovery.

Along the way I gained happiness, purpose and passion.

And now I’m sharing that passion with you!  I love writing articles and creating easy-to-make recipes that are going to have a positive impact on your mission to live healthier using Dr. Fuhrman’s plant-based approach.
