Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–

Breakfast: Fresh pineapple chunks with 1 tbsp. raw flaxseed and a sprinkle of unsweetened, coconut flakes
Lunch: (see first pic in the post) Mixed greens salad with sliced radish, cucumbers, strawberries, shredded carrots, red onions, and raw pepita seeds–dressed with rice wine vinegar.
Dinner: (see pic above) Mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes, 1/4 Hass avocado, sliced red onion, sliced radish and raw pepita seeds. Garbanzo, kale and mushroom “stir fry” (no-oil, just saute in veggie broth) with red peppers and curry seasoning.
