Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog! Breakfast: Fresh pineapple with 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed and 1 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
Lunch: Mixed baby greens salad with diced red onion, strawberries, 1/4th Hass avocado, cucumbers, beets, 1/2 tbsp. raw pine nuts and topped with balsamic vinegar. Tofu and asparagus “stir fry” without oil (just saute with low-sodium veggie broth!).
Dinner salad: Remember: THE SALAD IS THE MAIN COURSE! This bowl of raw veggies is actually what is melting away your fat (it takes more claorie sto digest this than we store!) Mixed baby greens with sliced red onion, cucumber, 1/4th Hass avocado, strawberries and 1 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds; dressed with balsamic vinegar.
Dinner (continued): Butter beans, mushrooms, zucchini, kale and marinara sauce stew!
