Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog! Breakfast: Dr. Furhman suggests breakfast be light and easy for your system to digest–you are just waking up the digestive tract from a night of fasting (an important time to allow your body to repair damaged cells, instead of processing a quarter pounder!). I opted for fresh pineapple and strawberries with 1 tbsp. of raw hemp seeds.
Lunch: Yup, I’m still on my Mexican Salad kick! Iceberg lettuce with sliced red bell peppers, Mexican tofu stir fry, salsa, raw peppita seeds and 1/4 Hass avocado.
Dinner: (See first pic in post for reference) Mixed baby greens salad with cucumbers, Trader Joe’s beets, cherry tomatoes, red onion and 1/2 cup brown rice. Dressed with balsamic vinegar. 1 can Trader Joe’s lentil soup.
