  • Diana says:

Is there a limit on how much salad dressing you are allowed on your salad?

    • Kristen Hong says:

      Hi Diana,

It depends on the dressing. If you’re going nutritarian you’ll want to make sure you’re making oil-free low sodium dressings. For bean-based dressings or hummus I’d say 1/4 to 1/3 cup per salad. For nut based dressings I’d say no more than 3 tbsp. per salad.
