From the author:

After over a decade of nutrtiarian recipe development, attending Dr. Fuhman’s culinary retreat in 2017 and releasing my first cookbook Fridge Love in 2022, I’ve gained the depth of knowledge and experience needed to create a resource like this.

Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the challenge of creating absolutely delicious food without all the usual suspects that people think make food delicious (oil, butter, dairy, sugar, salt and meat). And I relish nothing more than winning over conventional eaters with beautiful and delicious nutritarian recipes.

Nutritarian Celebrations showcases the pleasure of eating for health excellence during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.

Every season brings with it new peak produce and, in turn, new opportunities for us to diversify our portfolio of health-promoting micronutrients!

This cookbook has options for nutritarians in both their weight-loss and maintenance phases. I’m particularly proud of creating a 100% aggressive-weight-loss-compliant holiday meal plan appropriate for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

All of the recipes are coded with easy-to-use icons to help you know what to focus on according to your specific health goals.

After writing my print cookbook, Fridge Love, and being confined by a traditional publisher’s page-count and photo limits, I promised myself that my next cookbook would be different!

Nothing is more frustrating to me than attempting a new recipe when all I have to go off of is one suspiciously-way-too-perfect-looking feature photo in a cookbook or, worse yet, no photo at all. Cooking a recipe from a blog can be just as disappointing when ads are constantly rattling things around as I try to follow along, ranting and impatiently refreshing the page along the way.

You’re left wondering: What did the original ingredients look like? What’s the consistency like after it’s mixed? What about before it’s baked?

With over 590 recipe pictures loaded into this digital cookbook, I made sure you won’t have to guess at anything–and that means consistently amazing results that you can be proud of!

I can’t wait for you to find your new favorite recipe(s) that you’ll want to make over and over again. Or to surprise your friends and family with a delicious, show-stopping dessert that every type of eater will enjoy!

Nutritarian Celebrations is my love letter to the lifestyle that made me feel alive again after too many years of nutritional self-neglect. This cookbook proves that you don’t have to sacrifice taste, elegance or beauty when you’re a nutritarian, no matter the occasion or time of year.

To get an idea of the type of writing and content I provide, make sure to sign up for my weekly Hello Nutritarian emails and get a free copy of The 7 Day Salad Cleanse ebook.

I’ve also written a print cookbook, Fridge Love, that was published by Mariner (now Harvest), an imprint of HarperCollins, in 2022.

These will give you a really good indication as to the quality of my work.

Are there any price discounts offered?

No.

At a rate of exactly 37¢ per recipe, I assure you this is an exceptional value for the price!

What format and size is this file?

Nutritarian Celebrations is a 85.7 MB digital .pdf file.

It has 417 pages and over 590 photos, so the file size is reflective of that.

I’ve done internal page linking to the Table of Contents and recipe references throughout the .pdf!

Why don't you offer a printed version of the cookbook?

My last cookbook, Fridge Love, was printed and I was constrained by page count and limited to a certain number of photos.

Self-printing cookbooks require similar concessions in order to make an adequate profit after printing and shipping expenses are factored in.

You can always print out your favorite recipes or have your file printed at a shop.

I find the formatting of the .pdf perfect to use on my iPad while cooking!

How will I receive the cookbook file after I purchase?

The .pdf file will be automatically sent to the email address you supply during checkout (so be sure to double-check that you enter your email address correctly).

After payment is verified and received, a download email will be sent to you. This typically takes no more than 1 to 2 minutes.

If you don’t find an email after submitting your payment, you will want to check your spam folders as the email can be automatically filtered out by your email service provider.

If you use Outlook, make sure to toggle to the “other” page of your inbox as the email will likely be sorted there.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at K4MediaGroup@gmail.com and we will make sure to get you squared away!

How many downloads do I get?

Please note that there is a 5 download limit to this product; this includes partial downloads or attempts.

This is a built-in security feature.

It is recommended that you save the program files to a laptop or desktop computer first before viewing or downloading the file onto your mobile devices.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete all your file downloads.

What if I misplace my files, lose my computer or require additional downloads?

Our digital delivery service tracks your purchase and download history. If the need arises, simply email us at K4MediaGroup@gmail.com and request a download-link reactivation.

Please note that these reactivation requests are lower-priority and can take time to proces.  That is why it is so important to make your first download your most secure download (laptop, desktop or external drive) before downloading to multiple mobile devices.

I also recommend that you keep a backup of all program files on an external hard drive in case you have computer troubles in the future.

What makes "nutritarian" recipes so special?

Nutritarian recipes are special because they must meet several guidelines.

Nutritarian recipes must be:

  • oil-free
  • processed food-free
  • salt-free
  • sugar-free  (no maple syrup, stevia or any other “natural” sweetener)
  • nutrient-rich (featuring leafy green vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, beans and raw nuts and seeds)

The nutritarian lifestyle was developed by Dr. Joel Fuhrman and is explained in his best-selling book, Eat to Live.

The diet centers on making your food choices based on the nutrient density of your food. This is a high-nutrient, whole-food, plant-based diet.

The daily goal is to eat 1 pound raw and 1 pound cooked vegetables daily.

Should I purchase this cookbook if I'm not following the nutritarian lifestyle?

I do not recommend purchasing this cookbook if you have zero experience with eating nutritarian food.

I would recommend that you start with my free 7 Day Salad Cleanse ebook before deciding to purchase this resource.

Just make sure you use certified-gluten-free rolled oats and oat flour if you have an allergy.

Yes.

But every recipe that uses soy has a soy-free sister recipe that can be used as a substitution!

There are 6 soy-based recipes and 6 soy-free substitution recipes.

Should I purchase this cookbook if I have a soy allergy?

Yes!

Because there are soy-substitution recipes that can replace the soy-based recipes and they all integrate seamlessly.

Do the recipes contain nuts?

Yes.

The nutritarian lifestyle prefers raw nuts, seeds and avocados as fat sources instead of oil.

Because of this fact, nuts feature regularly in nutritarian cooking.

44 out of the 86 recipes contain nuts.

The most commonly used nut is cashew.

Should I purchase this cookbook if I have a nut allergy?

No.

With over 50% of the recipes containing nuts, I would not recommend purchasing Nutrtiarian Celebrations if you have a nut allergy.
