Drain and rinse the roasted red peppers.
Combine all ingredients in your blender bowl and blend on high for at least 30 seconds or until smooth.
Makes 1 3/4 cups sauce.
Recommended serving size when added to a meal or soup: 1 to 2 tbsp.
Lasts for up to 10 days in fridge when stored in a glass container.
