Here’s another incredibly easy and super-satisfying vegan and nutritarian-friendly recipe featuring this vegan Ricotta cheese! All you have to do is pull the stems off baby bella or Crimini mushrooms and fill with a generous amount of vegan Ricotta cheese place in a baking dish with some of your favorite vegan pasta sauce on the bottom and bake in a moderate oven until the tops begin to brown! Top with vegan Parmesan cheese if desired!
