Ingredients:
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Falafel (found in frozen section)
- 1 container Trader Joe’s Tzatziki sauce
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Corn and Wheat tortillas
- Optional garnish: finely chopped jalepeno pepper and thinly sliced red onion
Directions:
- Heat up the frozen falafel (you’ll need 1 and 1/2 falafel per taco, they will be cut in half)–I heated mine in the toaster oven set at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (you can also microwave them if you’re in a real time crunch!).
- While falafel are cooking, chop and slice your garnishes.
- Cut falafel in half after allowing them to cool down.
- Microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds–I heat mine in stacks of four tortillas.
- Assemble tacos: Spread a generous portion of the tzatziki sauce on the tortilla, layer with 3 cut pieces of falafel and garnish with peppers and onions!
