Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 apple, 2 tbsp. yellow raisins, sprinkle raw sliced almonds, 1 cup almond milk, sprinkle flax seeds
Lunch: Mixed baby greens salad, sliced radishes, grape tomatoes, orange bell pepper, pomegranate seeds, chopped herbs–dressed with balsamic vinegar. Trader Joe’s flax seed tortilla, tofu sauteed in veggie broth with black beans and sweet corn (see Mexican Salad recipe for more info on filling mixture), Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Salsa (lower sodium), 1/4th Hass avocado, and a sprinkling of vegan cheese.
Dinner: (see first pic in this post) Mixed baby greens salad with Trader Joe’s sundried tomatoes, beets, 1 cup green peas, green onions, 2 tbsp. raw pistachios. Leftover Mexican tofu mixture from lunch topped with pico de gallo.
