Day 32 Eat to Live Dr Fuhrman 6 week plan Nutritarian Diet PlanJoin me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)!  My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman  until I reach that magic number!  I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog!  If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!

Breakfast: My go-to breakfast as of late: 1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal, 1 cup un-sweetened almond milk,  5 large strawberries, handful blueberries, sprinkle yellow raisins and raw hemp seeds (see Day 30)

Eat to Live Falafel Wrap Nutritarian Diet

Lunch: Mixed baby greens with green grapes, 1/2 Hass avocado, sliced beets, red onions and raw pine nuts; dressed with balsamic vinegar.  2 mandarin oranges for dessert.  Falafel Wrap, see recipe here!

What to Eat on Nutritarian Diet dinner saladDinner (continued): Butter lettuce salad with mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, diced red pepper and raw pepita pumpkin seeds; dressed with rice wine vinegar.
