Day 26 What to eat on Dr Furhman eat to live nutritarian planJoin me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan (again, yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)!  My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number!  I will be posting what I eat each and every day (or as close as I can get) with pics!  If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!

What I ate for breakfast on day 26 of the Eat to Live Nutritarian plan by Dr Fuhrman MyMommaToldMe.comBreakfast: 3/4th cup steel cut oatmeal, sliced fresh strawberries, raw sliced almonds, 1 cup un-sweetened almond milk

Lunch: (see first pic) mixed baby greens, diced celery, grape tomatoes, orange bell peppers, yellow raisins, chopped white mushrooms, red onions; dressed with balsamic vinegar.  Leftover Eat to Live Split Pea & Sweet Potato Soup (from Day 24) topped with 1 Dr. Prager’s California veggie burger

What I ate on day 26 of Dr Fuhrmans eat to live plan Tofu asparagus and mushroom recipe MyMommaToldMe.comDinner: Tofu, mushroom and asparagus stir fried in vegetable stock with minced onion and garlc powder.
