    Hi Kristen
Thank you so much for doing the blog. It has been the only reason I was able to stay on the diet.
I live the photos and easy recipes.
I do have a question about almond milk. How much can you have a day?
    Again thanks!

Hi Gina! I’m SO happy the blog has helped you on your journey!!! So, I don’t believe there is a limit set for almond milk but I usually aim for at least 1 cup a day for the calcium benefit!

Well here I go. Health is my goal so changing my diet or better yet the way I choose to eat for life is a priority. I’m 68 years old and not ready to go “down hill” yet.

Your blog is very inspiring. Keep the info coming our way.
