Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan (again, yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the aggressive 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting what I eat each and every day (or as close as I can get) with pics! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!
WHAT I ATE ON DAY 14:
Breakfast: Oats and strawberries with flaxseeds and almond milk (see Day 6, breakfast)
Lunch: Main course salad (see graphic picture above) with mixed baby greens, radishes, cucumber, mushrooms, red onion, yellow bell pepper, 1/2 ounce raw cashews, 1 tbsp raisins, 1/4th Hass avocado; dressed with rice wine vinegar. Leftover black bean, quinoa and corn taco mix (see Day 13, lunch) with green lentil spread (made in the blender using the leftover lentil beans I had made on Day 7), topped with low-sodium salsa and avocado.
Dinner: Mixed greens salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes and raw sliced almonds; dressed with Balsamic vinegar.
Wrap with flaxseed tortilla (from Trader Joe’s), 1 Dr. Prager’s California veggie burger, 1 1/2 tbsp. hummus, sauteed Crimini mushrooms in low-sodium veggie stock with frozen chopped spinach.
Dessert: 4 mandarin oranges with 1/4 cup blueberries
