Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan (again)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the aggressive 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting what I eat each and every day (or as close as I can get) with pics! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!
WHAT I ATE ON DAY 12:
Breakfast: (see pic above) Apple slices with 1 tbsp. raisins and 1 1/2 tbsp. raw, un-salted, creamy almond butter
Lunch: Mixed baby greens salad with grape tomatoes, strawberries, 1/4 Hass avocado, 1/2 ounce dry roasted pistachio pieces and 1 Dr. Prager’s California veggie burger patty; dressed with Balsamic vinegar
Dinner Salad (a.k.a. “The Main Course”): Mixed baby greens salad with yellow grape tomatoes, strawberries, dried onions; dressed with Balsamic vinegar.
Dinner (cooked dish): Quinoa with a can of red kidney beans, sauteed in low-sodium veggie broth, topped with homemade “salsa” of grape heirloom tomatoes, red onion and 1/4 th Hass avocado.
