Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan (again)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the aggressive 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting what I eat each and every day (or as close as I can get) with pics! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!
WHAT I ATE ON DAY 11:
Breakfast: Bluberry and banana smoothie with un-sweetened Almond milk
Lunch: Since we were still in the midst of moving I tried a new local restaurant: Fresh Millions. I got the Schezuan bowl with tofu, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots and green onions, with a side salad with peppers, garbanzo beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Dinner: Wrap with flax seed Tortilla (from Trader Joe’s) veggie broth sauteed mushrooms and spinach with a lentil bean spread (made in the blender using the leftover lentil beans I had made on Day 7) and hummus. Spinach salad with mini heirloom tomatoes, radishes, jalapenos, red onions, pomegranate seeds, and raw pine nuts; dressed with balsamic vinegar.
Dessert: 1/3 cup blueberries and 2 mandarin oranges
