Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan (again)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the aggressive 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting what I eat each and every day (or as close as I can get) with pics! If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!

WHAT I ATE ON DAY 10:
When you’re in the process of moving, it is hard to plan your meals ahead! Today, I had to eat less-than-ideally and had to go with convenience over stirct adherence to the 6 weeks plan. I focused on lots of veggies and fiber and did decently given the constraints!
Breakfast: Cherry LARA Bar

Lunch: Subway footlong sub on whole wheat bread, with veggie patty, avocado and all the veggies except banana peppers and olives (due to the salt). A note about Subway’s veggie patty: it’s not vegan, it has mozzarella cheese in it so it is definitely not ideal Nutritarian food–I learned this after I ate my sub!
Dinner: 1 Dr. Prager’s veggie patty, fresh radishes, carrots, celery, and tomatoes with hummus.

I just can’t fingers out how to ‘measure’ greens for salads and… how do you eat so much food?! I make a salad and when I’m done, I’m full! Same for my spouse. And then it gets boring. Help
Hi Pat!
The goal is 1 pound of raw veggies a day! You can get a pretty economical food scale on Amazon and it will be really helpful for you to see how fast a salad can add up to that 1 pound mark. That being said, if you’re getting bored reduce the salad so you can try cooked nutritarian foods as well! Wishing you all the best!
