With only 4 ingredients, this is the easiest recipe EVER! You have no excuse not to try this out and, trust me, you will be so thankful that you did! It is so easy (and addicting) to add it to anything you’re eating! It’s great on tacos, tofu scramble, soups and salads.
This “fairy dust,” as it’s lovingly referred to in the vegan community, is so simple to make too! Just toss all the ingredients in your high-powered blender and pulse!
EASY VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE RECIPE as made on MinimalistBaker.com (makes about 1 cup)
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 3 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or I used my Vitamix) and pulse until fine consistency achieved. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
