Join me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)! My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman until I reach that magic number! I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog! Breakfast: 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, sliced apple, yellow raisins, topped with hemp seeds.
Lunch: (see first pic in post) Butter lettuce, purple cabbage, red onion, radish, 1 tbsp. yellow raisins, 1/4th Hass avocado, red pepper, green heirloom tomato, clementine orange, topped with raw sesame seeds. Dressed with apple cider vinegar. 2 Morning Star quinoa burgers (non-GMO soy used)
Dinner: Mixed baby greens salad with cucumber, red cabbage, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, red onion, green heirloom tomatoes, red onion, clementine orange, unsalted pistachios, dressed with balsamic vinegar.
Dinner (continued): Trader Joe’s wheat wrap, 1/4th Hass avocado (mashed), 1 Dr. Prager’s California Veggie burger, layered with 2 tsp. hummus and stacked on 1 Morning Star quinoa burger (see Falafel recipe for more info on processed burgers), topped with fresh pico de gallo salsa.
Dessert: fresh cut pineapple
