Eat to Live: What I Ate on Day 35

DAY 35 What to eat on Dr Fuhrman Eat to Live 6 week Nutritarian PlanJoin me as I blog my way through Dr. Furhman’s Eat to Live plan again, (yup I did this before and lost over 21 pounds)!  My goal is to reach my ideal weight by doing the 6 week Eat to Live plan by Dr. Fuhrman  until I reach that magic number!  I will be posting the meals I eat with the goal of getting an archive of 100 days of Nutritarian meals on the blog!  If you are currently on the plan we would love to hear from you–please comment and post pics below!

What to eat on day 35 of Dr Fuhrmans Eat to Live Nutritarian Plan Breakfast MyMommaToldMe.comBreakfast: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk (unsweetend), fresh sliced strawberries, 1 tbsp. raw, ground hemp seed

What I ate for lunch on day 35 of Dr Fuhrman Eat to Live Nutritarian plan MyMommaToldMe.comLunch: Mixed baby greens with radish, red onion, green heirloom tomatoes, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, raw almond slices, carrots and golden raisins; dressed with balsamic vinegar.  Whole wheat wrap with veggie burger and 1/4th Hass avocado.

Dinner: GIANT mixed baby greens salad with strawberries, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, beets, and freeze-dried diced herbs (reconstituted with water).  Dressed with balsamic vinegar.

Dessert: fresh cut pineapple

    Hi there,
    I realize this is an old post, but I just stumbled across your blog as I was researching eat to live. I’ve noticed you sometimes incorporate veggie burgers. Are those an allowed food? I did not see anything like that on the list so I am curious, as I like veggie burgers. I have not not seen all your posts, did you end up losing some weight? In only on day 2. Thanks!

      Hi Davina Cropp!

      So, I do use veggie burgers but they are not on Dr. Fuhrman’s 6 week plan because they have added oil and salt. I do have them on occasion now that my 6 weeks is over (yup, I lost just over 21 pounds on my 6 weeks!). I’ve also learned how to make home-made veggie burgers.

      If you are just starting out on the plan, I would advise to not use the veggie burgers! Day 2 is a toughie! I promise it all gets easier on Days 4,5 & 6! You can read my 6 week journal here!
